The duties and responsibilities of the Project Manager will be to:
Sites
  • Be present for and witness mandatory material testing
  • Inspect all incoming materials delivered to the site, ensuring they match the specified type, grade, and possess the necessary certifications.
  • Perform continuous surveillance and random inspections of work-in-progress (WIP) to proactively catch non-compliance before major defects occur.
  • Inspect all materials delivered to the site  for quantity, damage, and compliance with specifications.

  • Ensure that the project runs to schedule and that the works carried out are to a satisfactory standard for sign-off by the Building Projects Engineer.
  • Set daily work schedules with the site supervisors.

  • Monitor the implementation of site health and safety procedures.
