M.E.P PROJECT MANAGER
Fabrico Builders is developing civil construction projects in Ghana is looking for aN MEP PROJECT MANAGER to join our team. We are able to offer a great benefits package, as well as opportunities for growth within the company.
YOU WILL OVERSEE MECHanical, electrical and plumbing (mep) project execution from planning to completion, ensuring quality ,safety and cost-efficiency.Â
The duties and responsibilities of the m.e.p. Project Manager will be to:
The MEP Manager coordinates the work of the mechanical, electrical, and plumbing subcontractors to prevent spatial conflicts (clashes) and ensure the systems work together seamlessly
Supervising the installation process on site to ensure the work is done according to design specifications, quality standards, and safety regulations.
Reviewing technical drawings, specifications, and shop drawings for constructability and compliance with building codes.
developing detailed schedules for MEP installations and managing the budget to ensure the project stays on track and within cost.
Serving as the main point of contact for resolving technical issues or conflicts that arise between the different MEP trades, the main contractor, and the design team
Overseeing the final testing and startup of all MEP systems to confirm they operate correctly before the building is handed over to the owner.
    QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED

bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering.

10 years experience in construction or mep.

EXPERIENCE IN DEALING WITH MEP SUB CONTRACTORS.

GOOD UNDERSTANDING OF BUILDING, MECHANICAL, ELECTRICAL AND PLUMBING SYSTEMS.

GENERAL UNDERSTANDING OF BUILDING, MECHANICAL, ELECTRICAL AND PLUMBING CODES.
